EXECUTIVE CHEF

Chef Christian McCall born November 25th 1978 is a proud 1st generation  Michigan native via Ireland.  He graduated Western Michigan University in 2002. Before, During and after his graduation he worked for local Michigan Chefs/Restauranteurs at Chuck Muer Group as well as Jimmy Schmidt Corporation.  In 2004 he began what was to be almost a 2 decade long career with Compass Group. 

During that time Chef Christian was responsible for creating and implementing food service programs Coast to Coast for the likes of Compuware, Quicken Loans, Blue-Cross Blue-Shield, Delta Airlines, Visa, Qualcomm, Seagate, Motorola, ExxonMobil, and Shell Oil.

Chef Christian studied under Celebrity Chef Christopher Iven’s -Brown who was classically trained at the prestigious Academy of Culinary Arts program at London’s Academie de Culinaire de France.
